Section 8. Posting of tables of rates of payments for admission at conspicuous places.

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), s.173(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. Posting of tables of rates of payments for admission at conspicuous places.-The proprietor of entertainments shall in the manner prescribed, exhibit at the place of entertainment, the rates of payments for admission and the amount of entertainments duty payable on such rates.
