11. Wilfully obstructing fire fighting operations.- Any person who wilfully obstructs or interferes with any member of the service who is engaged in fire-fighting operations or neglects to furnish the information under section 14 shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to 1[one year], or with fine which may extend to 2[five thousand rupees], or with both.
