Section 6. Offence to be Cognizable.

This Act was repealed on 18 December 2020 by the Himachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 2019 (13 of 2019), s.16(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. Offence to be Cognizable.- An offence under this Act shall be cognizable and shall not be investigated by an officer below the Rank of Inspector of Police.
