Section 7. Casual vacancy.

7. Casual vacancy.—In the event of vacancy of a non-official member due to death, resignation, removal or otherwise before the expiry of his term of office, a casual vacancy shall be deemed to have occurred and such vacancy shall be filled as early as possible by nomination for the remaining term.
