Section 35. Implementation of the schemes by the promoter.

35. Implementation of the schemes by the promoter.- Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules or regulations made there under, the Authority may, for the implementation of the scheme, permit a Promoter to undertake any housing and development scheme.
