Section 39. Allotment of building or plot by the Promoter.

39. Allotment of building or plot by the Promoter.- Subject to the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, the Promoter may transfer the building or plot, to the prospective allottees, on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed by regulations.
