Section 21. Borrowing power of the Board.

21. Borrowing power of the Board.- The Board may, from time to time, with the previous sanction of the 7[Government of Himachal Pradesh] and subject to the provisions of this Act and such conditions as 8[it] may determine, borrow any sum required for the purposes of this Act : Provided that the previous sanction of the 9[Government of Himachal Pradesh] shall not be necessary to borrow any sum from the Commission.
