Section 7. Resignation of office by members.

7. Resignation of office by members.- Any member may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the 5[Government of Himachal Pradesh] and, on such resignation being notified in the Official Gazette by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
