This Act was repealed on 6 November 2019 by the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 2019 (11 of 2019), s.2 and Schedule; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Land Development Act, 1973. (2) It shall extend to the whole of Himachal Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification2 in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
