Cost of erection and repair of survey-marks.- (1) Subject to any rules which the Financial Commissioner may make in this behalf, survey-marks shall be erected or repaired at the cost of the State Government.. (2) During the marking or special revision of record-of-rights, the Settlement Officer shall get the survey-mark erected, and thereafter it shall be the duty of the Collector of the District to maintain the survey-mark in good condition.]
