9. Repeal and savings.- (1) The Salaries and Allowances of the Members of the Legislative Assembly (Himachal Pradesh) Act, 1963, and the Salaries and Allowances of the Members of the Legislative Assembly (Himachal Pradesh) Ordinance, 1971 are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken or purporting to have been done or taken (including any rules, notifications or orders made or issued) in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Act and Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. 1[XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX].
