5. Repeal and saving.- The Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Members (Removal of Disqualifications) Ordinance, 1971 (Himachal Pradesh Ordinance No. 4 of 1971) is hereby repealed. Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the aforesaid Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 25th January, 1971.
