Section 7. Status of Veterinary Surgeons and Inspectors.

This Act was repealed on 6 November 2019 by the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 2019 (11 of 2019), s.2 and Schedule; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
7. Status of Veterinary Surgeons and Inspectors.- Any person appointed under section 5 or section 6 shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21, of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (45 of 1860).
