Section 9. Validation.

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2023 by the Himachal Pradesh Loktantra Prahri Samman (Repealing) Act, 2023 (43 of 2025), s.2, deemed in force from 1 April 2023 by its s.1(2) (https://prsindia.org/files/bills_acts/acts_states/himachal-pradesh/2025/Act43of2025HP.pdf); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. Validation.-Any order sanctioning SammanRashi to a LoktantraPrahri issued under the Himachal Pradesh LoktantraPrahriSammanRashiYojna, 2019 on or before the date of commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have been validly made under this Act.
