227. Refusal to allow inspection. - Whoever in contravention of section 224 or section 225 or section 226 or section 229, refuses to suffer inspection of any premises, food, drink, drug or animals, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.
