Section 303. Bar to interference by Courts in electoral matters.

303. Bar to interference by Courts in electoral matters.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act - (a) the validity of any law relating to the delimitation of constituencies 1[or the allotment of seats in such constituencies] made or purporting to be made under this Act, shall not be called in question in any court; (b) no election to any municipality shall be called in question except by an election petition presented to the authorised officer and in such manner as may be prescribed by rules.
