Section 71. Operation of accounts with banks.

71. Operation of accounts with banks.- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no payment shall be made by any bank referred to in section 70 out of the Corporation Fund except on a cheque signed by both.- (a) officer incharge of the accounts; (b) the Commissioner or an officer subordinate to him authorised by him in this behalf.
