21. Time for seeking permission for certain existing Para-veterinary institutions.- If any person has established a Para-veterinary institution or any Para-veterinary institution has opened a new or higher course of study or training or increases the admission capacity, such person or Para-veterinary institution, as the case may be, shall seek within a period of one year from the commencement of this Act, the permission of State Government under the provisions of this Act.
