1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Prevention of Malpractices at University, Board or other Specified Examinations Act, 1984.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
