1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Prevention of Specific Corrupt Practices Act, 1983. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 28th day of October, 1983.
