This Act was repealed on 6 November 2019 by the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 2019 (11 of 2019), s.2 and Schedule; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 1972. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st October, 1971.
