This Act was repealed on 6 November 2019 by the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 2019 (11 of 2019), s.2 and Schedule; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 1973. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of April, 1973.
2. Repeal of certain enactments.- The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the fourth column thereof in their application to Himachal Pradesh.
