This Act was repealed on 6 November 2019 by the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 2019 (11 of 2019), s.2 and Schedule; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
2. Repeal of certain enactments.-The enactments specified in the SCHEDULE are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the fourth column thereof.
