Section 12. Power to vary area of restriction.

12. Power to vary area of restriction.- The District Magistrate may, at any time, change the area to which the movements of any person have been restricted by an order of restriction passed under this Act: Provided that such person shall be given an opportunity of showing cause why such changes should not be made.
