Section 14. Travelling allowance.

14. Travelling allowance.-The travelling and daily allowances of the Ministers, shall be regulated in accordance with such rules as may be framed or adopted by the State Government from time to time: Provided that no mileage or travelling allowance shall be chargeable in respect of journeys performed in a State car.
