Section 38. Selection Committee.

38. Selection Committee.- (1) There shall be Selection Committees for the appointment of teachers and other employees of the University. (2) The constitution, powers and functions of the Selection Committees and the procedures to be followed in making appointments shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
