Section 55. Repeal and savings.

55. Repeal and savings.- (1) The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018 (Act No. 6 of 2018) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act as if the Act was in force on the day on which the thing was done or such action was taken.
