The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

17. Financial Officer.- (1) The Finance Officer shall be whole time officer of the Cluster University and shall be appointed by the State Government in consultation with the Chancellor; (2) The salary and allowances payable to the officer shall be as specified in the conditions of service. (3) The Finance Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Regulations.
