This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
42. Regulations.- The authorities of the Cluster University may, subject to the prior approval of the Board of Management, make regulations, consistent with this Act, the rules, Statutes and the Ordinances made thereunder, for the conduct of their own business and of the committees appointed by them.
