Section 49. The Cluster University to follow rules, regulations, norms etc. of the regulating bodies.

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
49. The Cluster University to follow rules, regulations, norms etc. of the regulating bodies.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Cluster University shall be bound to comply with all the rules, regulations, norms etc. of the regulating bodies and it shall provide such facilities and assistance to such bodies as are required by them to discharge their duties for carrying out their functions.
