Section 56. Act to have overriding effect.

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
56. Act to have overriding effect.- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law, for the time being in force.
