Section 24. Power to impose conditions for loans.

24. Power to impose conditions for loans.- In making any loan or providing margin money authorized by this Act, the Corporation may impose such conditions as it may think necessary or expedient for protecting the interests of the Corporation. Provided that the rate of interest chargeable on such loans/margin money, shall be fixed by the Corporation with the approval of the State Government from time to time.
