Section 4. Head office of Corporation.

4. Head office of Corporation.- (1) The head office of the Corporation shall be at Shimla or at such other place as the State Government may, by notification, specify. (2) The Corporation may establish its offices or agencies at such places within or outside the State as it may think fit.
