9. General Fund.—University shall establish a fund, which shall be called the General Fund to which following shall be credited, namely:- (a) fees and other charges received by the University; (b) any contribution made by the sponsoring bopdy; (c) any income received from consultancy and other works undertaken by the University; (d) bequests, donations1[except from parents and students], endowments and any other grants; (e) all other sums received by the University
