1. Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board Act, 1986. (2) It shall extend to the whole of Himachal Pradesh State. (3) It shall come into force on such date3 as the State Government may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, appoint.
