Section 19. Repeal and savings.

19. Repeal and savings.- (1) The Himachal Pradesh Taxation (on Certain Goods Carried by Road) Act, 1991 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any rule, notification, order issued) under the repealed Act shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken or issued under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
