Section 44. Disputes about constitution of Authorities and bodies.

44. Disputes about constitution of Authorities and bodies.—If any question arises whether a person has been duly nominated or appointed or is entitled to be a member of any Authority or Body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final.
