6. Territorial exercise of the powers.—The territorial limits in which the University shall exercise powers and perform its duties shall be the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh and other regions outside the State of Himachal Pradesh as may be decided by the Board of Governors from time to time subject to any Regulation and Statutes.
