Section 31. Classification of tourism unit.

31. Classification of tourism unit.- The prescribed authority may in consultation with the committee to be constituted in the prescribed manner,- (a) classify the tourism units into various classes, as may be prescribed; and (b) fix the number of lodgers to be accommodated in each room in case of accommodation.
