Section 47. Meeting of Town and Country Development Authority.

47. Meeting of Town and Country Development Authority.-(1) The meetings of the Town and Country Development Authority shall be held at such time and such place as may be laid down by regulations: Provided that until regulations are made in this behalf such meeting shall be convened by the Chairman. (2) The quorum of meeting shall, unless otherwise provided by regulations, be one-third of the total number of members of the Town and Country Development Authority. (3) The Town and Country Development Authority shall make regulations to provide for the conduct of its business.
