Section 86. Interpretation or regional plan etc.

86. Interpretation or regional plan etc.-(1) If any question arises regarding the interpretation of any regional plan, the matter shall be referred to the Director who shall pass such order thereon as he may deem fit. (2) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Director may prefer an appeal to the State Government within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) The decision of the State Government and subject to the decision of the State Government, the decision of the Director shall be final.
