This Act was repealed on 6 November 2019 by the Himachal Pradesh Repealing Act, 2019 (11 of 2019), s.2 and Schedule; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Tractor Cultivation (Recovery of Charges) Act, 1973. (2) It extends to the whole of Himachal Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force at once.
