Finality of orders.-The orders made in appeal by the Commissioner under sec~on-6 and, subject only to such order, the order made by the Deputy Commissioner or any other officer authorised in writing by the State Govt. under section-5 or the Panchayats at the appropriate level, shall be final. ]
