Section 20. Powers and functions of the Court.

20. Powers and functions of the Court.- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Court shall have the following powers and functions, namely:- (1) to review from time to time the broad policies and programmes of the University and to suggest measures for the improvement and development of such policies and programmes; (2) to consider and pass resolutions on the annual report 1[ and the annual accounts together with the audited report] of the University; and (3) to exercise all the powers of the University not otherwise provided for by this Act or the Statutes.
