THE HIMACHAL PRADESH VILLAGE AND SMALL TOWNS PATROL ACT, 1964
8. Delegation.-The Deputy Commissioner may delegate to any Sub-divisional Officer or any Magistrate of the 1st Class all or any of his powers under sections 4, 6 or 7 of this Act.
