46. Repeal and savings.—(1) The Himachal Pradesh Water Cess Hydropower Generation Ordinance, 2023 (H.P. Ordinance No. 2 of 2023) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal any action taken or anything done under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
