Section 35. Repeal and savings.

35. Repeal and savings. (1) The New Delhi International Arbitration Centre Ordinance, 2019 (Ord. 10 of 2019) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the New Delhi International Arbitration Centre Ordinance, 2019 (Ord. 10 of 2019), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act.
