Section 21. Publication of translation of such notification in neighbourhood of forest.

21. Publication of translation of such notification in neighbourhood of forest. The Forestofficer shall, before the date fixed by such notification, cause a translation thereof into the local vernacular to be published in every town and village in the neighbourhood of the forest.
