Section 29. In case of resistance, entry may be made by force, etc.

29. In case of resistance, entry may be made by force, etc. If any officer empowered to make any entry under the provisions of the last two preceding sections cannot otherwise make such entry, it shall be lawful for him to break open any outer or inner door or window and to remove any other obstacle to his entry in to any such place.
