Section 62. Publication of rules & notifications.

62. Publication of rules & notifications. All rules made and notifications issued under this Act shall be 1[published in the *[Jammu and Kashmir Government Gazette]] and shall thereupon have the force of law and be read as part of this Act, and may, in like manner, be varied, suspended or annulled.
